This property is fantastic. Pictures just don't do justice to the "right-at-home" feeling the houses have to offer and the detailed decoration which has obviously been put together over years of treasure hunting. My husband works in Afghanistan and we were looking for a place in which we could relax and enjoy the company of daughters and grandchildren. We had absolutely no problem accomodating the three families for a total of 10 people and receiving occasional visitors. The days were spent paddling and kayaking. The smoker is "huge" and the ribs turned out to be the best ever. We feasted on the fabulous food in the restaurant next door - the Oyster's Florentine are spectacular! Nights were spent playing board games on the screened patio. Location is perfect - quiet and serene yet minutes away from main shopping, golf and attractions. Frank was friendly and helpful even though he was on vacations himself. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival - even the TV's were on. We've rented properties within the U.S. and abroad; these houses were much more than we expected for a river house. There is no dishwasher - but we weren't there to wash dishes anyways - disposables did just fine!
